Execution Consulting describes the suite of trading support services provided to clients by trade desk consultants—to help optimize Bloomberg and Tradebook data, technology and analytics—within their respective investment processes.

Electronic brokerage has become increasingly complex; buy-side traders need a partner to help them develop, understand, and leverage their trading technology. The goal of Execution Consulting is to help clients continuously improve their trading process so that it’s efficient and geared towards attaining desired trading results.

ON-DEMAND SERVICES

On-Demand execution consulting services are more extensive in nature than dynamic services and are only available to Tradebook Strategic Partners. Services may include:

  • Trading workflow consultation
  • Customized client workflow solutions
  • Electronic trading education and training
  • Market structure and regulatory commentary
  • Trade optimization analysis and feedback

EXTENSIVE TRAINING

We are currently investing in our execution consultants’ education, offering extensive training in consultative skills, product and industry knowledge, and trading best practices. Areas of competency may include:

  • Smart Routing Logic
  • Algorithm Design
  • Technical analysis
  • Global Market structure
  • Transaction Cost Analysis

These courses will be made available to Tradebook strategic partners starting in 2012.
